We provide strata and property management services including, but not limited to, general management, financial management, defect management, vacant possession coordination, security oversight, community engagement, and related support services for developers, joint management bodies, management corporations, owners, residents, tenants, and contractors.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Failure to make timely payment may result in late payment interest, suspension of access, or legal action as permitted under applicable law.

Our website, mobile application, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our platforms or content.
