Mr. Sukumar @ Sugu is an accomplished Operations Director with an impressive 18 years of experience in the property management and maintenance industry. His unwavering dedication and expertise have propelled him to his current role as the Operations Director and 1st Principal of Ocean Stars Property Management Sdn Bhd (PM-0222), a firm registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVAEAP) in Malaysia.

Mr. Sukumar’s entrepreneurial journey began humbly as an Admin Clerk in the property management sector. His exceptional performance quickly earned him promotions, eventually leading to the role of Senior Operations Manager. His dedication and hard work culminated in obtaining his license as a certified Property Manager (PM:0707) from the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVEAP) along with associate membership in the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Management (MIPFM), under membership number M1242. With these credentials, Mr. Sukumar established his own firm, successfully hiring staff and securing numerous management and maintenance contracts across Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka within three years of tireless effort.

With a solid understanding of legal frameworks such as The Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Strata Management (Maintenance and Management) Regulations 2015, P.U.(A) 107, and the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers Act 1981 (Act 242), Mr. Sukumar is committed to elevating his company to international standards.
