Mr. Paul Poh

Mr. Paul Poh began his career in the Republic of Singapore, spending nine years in the field of Law and Enforcement. Upon returning to Kuala Lumpur, he joined KL Mutual Fund, a subsidiary of Public Bank Berhad, where he gained valuable experience in client acquisition and brand visibility.

Driven by a growing interest in real estate and infrastructure, Paul transitioned into the field of Property Management. This new direction led him to the United States, where he spent six years in Alabama. There, he served as Assistant Building Inspector with the Inspection Department of the Huntsville Municipal Council. In this role, he developed a deep understanding of U.S. Building Code enforcement and Contractor Licensing Laws, while also expanding his technical expertise in plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.

After returning to Malaysia, Paul spent the next 12 years as a Property Manager in the Klang Valley. His diverse international experience, combined with strong communication and leadership skills, enables him to effectively lead teams and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
